Wait, Yosuke uses fire too? But I thought that wind was his sole element. When did he ever use fire in the series? I've never seen all of the episodes so I can't know?

Two reasons: His Dry Gun weapon shoots flames. His Hurricane Hawk uses a Flame attack. So technically, his element is Air with Fire on the side.

Is Shurikenger's Elemental Power fire? I ask because in episode 21 of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, when Gai transforms into Shurikenger, he uses an attack called "Fire Ken", where he shoots fire fire from his Shuriken's Bat. Was there ever any episodes of Hurricanger where he used fire attacks?

I kind of based Isshu's designation as The Heart in relation to Episodes 16-19. He wasn't keen on the idea of fighting to the death with Ikkou, who was willing to go Brainwashed and Crazy with the evil gas to kill him. In the battle, Isshu got Ikkou to realize that their father was wrong for making them try to kill each other.
But, come to think of it, I think that Isshu actually has more evidence to be The Lancer along with Ikkou. Because:
1. Complimentary Elemental Powers: Both Goraijer use lightning while Yosuke uses Air/Fire. 2. Gets into conflict with The Hero: See episodes 9 and 30 for two casepoints (the latter when Isshu tried to cover for Ikkou's illness). 3. Relationship with The Chick: He is 1/2 of the Official Couple with Nanami. 4. Contrasting personalities: The Goraijer embody "The Bonds of the Past," contrary to the Hurricaneger's "The Persistence of the Future." 5. Goes off on his own: Episode 38, the Kiraimaru episode, is the strongest casepoint.
