I can't really parse the examples for Never Heard That One Before from the episode "Grounded" because of the somewhat non-standard grammar. I can guess what they are supposed to mean, but I don't want to fix them because I don't recall that episode. Could someone who does please have a look at them?

Something really bothers me about the whole story of NCIS being investigated by the Department of Homeland Security and that new guy Parsons. I didn't think Homeland Security would have any jurisdiction over the Navy department; wouldn't that be handled by the internal affairs of the navy?
I was wondering if we could add and off-screen Oh Crap for a recent episode involving a member of EOD and the dog he leaves behind. Something like: Though it's never shown on-screen, the robber must have had something akin to this reaction when the dog bit him: "Oh shit! The dog's a Marine!"

What's so gratuitous about it? Both Gibbs and Vance entered the military during the Cold War, so Russian would be something they'd see the use of picking up.
