I know this topic is old, but I'm pretty sure the tickets were supposed to have been enchanted by Celestia; the aura is the same color used for Tank's helicopter contraption in "May the Best Pet Win" and his later appearances. Each ticket was enchanted to follow the individual pony invited.
I thought I'd removed the note under Everyone Chasing You as irrelevant. If it was re-added, what's the rationale? The trope isn't really about literally everyone doing it, so it doesn't matter if the group of people was somehow limited. Also, it's pretty unremarkable in this show for everyone in a group of extras to be female.
