I was thinking the same thing. Seems like a way for people to sneak in stuff they wouldn't be able to on the actual pages, and since there are very few things you won't be able to find a harsh critique of, in theory you'd end up with an endless number of quotes.
I think the quotes should be limited to stuff that makes sense outside of any context as well. Stuff like the "Bad is Bad" quote works best.

Shouldn't quotes be limited to stuff that actually gets approved as So Bad It's Horrible? This page frankly strikes me as an utter mess.
