It seems the the Hanarangers where never adapted into the American Power Rangers show, or that's the impression I'm getting here, I'm not up to speed on all PR history following Zeo. The concept does remind me a little of Katherine Hillard's origin story though. I loved a Kat, a whole teams Kats would have been awesome.

I'm wondering if this Trope has ever been inverted; i.e. instead of the Psycho Rangers forming to beat The Squad, that a special Task Force forms to directly combat individual members of a Legion of Doom.

Hm... I smell the formings of a Playing With entry...
