What's the "self" supposed to refer to? It sounds like it means someone producing fanservice of themselves.

The difference between this and fanservice is that this is about someone producing erotic art of someone they think is hot, and professional fanservice... isn't? As pointed out below, Fan Self Service is a better name in pretty much every way.

Wait, shouldn't this be Fan Self Service? as in fans serving themselves? Otherwise it sounds like fanservice made of oneself.

Seconded. I actually found this because I had an idea for this/something extremely similar, and that was my intended title.

Ha, that's a much better name. More descriptive, and a rather good pun to boot.

What's with the bottom of this page? It start's mid-sentence and is followed by several examples. Any idea where this stuff is supposed to go?

Looks like someone had a copy-paste error and put extra paragraphs in the wrong place. ikeepcrawlingback has dealt with it.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

How about we rename this to "Sexier in fanart" or something like that?

Wouldn't Mary Lee Walsh from Sonichu count? I mean, she's pretty plain in real life, and not that much better in the webcomic, but in fanart...well, take a look.
