Will this trope be renamed to Not So Similar Remark should there'd be misuse, and to complement it with "Not So Different" Remark?

Anyway, I discovered Pretender Diss not too long ago. As that page is older, I think they should be merged, keeping the older name if possible.

Don't be surprised if you find a trope repair shop thread later, unless anyone reading this right now can think of a reason why they should not be merged.

Not sure how you think they are mergeable. This one is about first-hand similarities not being so similar. That one is about a category insulting wannabe memebers of that category.

Looks like someone gutted the page while I wasn't looking...which was most of the time. I tended to forget this one even existed. Still, it looks like it was basically a two man project, was there any sort of discussion I can read about?

I am not seeing any "gutting". I did see crazysamaritan and Madrugada rewriting the description, though.

I saw that three paragraphs were removed. Granted, I'm all for people who didn't want to read all that, but that's what's the laconic tab was for. I do think this page could have benefited from more discussion before launching, I'm just wishing I saw the discussion before someone decided to "fix" it. Throw around my all important opinion, you know. No? Okay then fine.
