Also, I did not know Canadians liked Kraft mac and cheese, I thought it was pancakes with syrup, and that "bacon".

The King Of The Hill example is little too “victimy,” and misrepresenting. While it’s true the Canadian family was extraordinarily rude, it was implied after the father was arrested that it was mostly his influence, as the wife and son are shown to be normal once he’s gone. So, would it be acceptable for me to remove the natter of, "stupid Americans," and just leave it as "Canadian family was rude"?

Alexander Graham Bell was an American who lived in Canada, so hes not part of your "supirior technology".

He was actually a Scot who was working in America when he invented the telephone, but your point stands.

Upstate New Yorkers have it on good authority that the Canadian Navy has only recently upgraded slingshot capability (circa May 2009). It is highly suspect that this was due to a deal struck with American arms manufacturer Trumak involving a case of Molson Brador.
