This is intentionally play with on television because this has everything about two consciouses that appear as an angel and a devil which represents the TV show pearson or cartoon character thinking if they should do-good or sin. So I think this trope should be rename this so-called, mature trope to, Good Conscious, Bad Conscious. Yes I do think this is a mature trope.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIs it really worth splitting the straight examples from the subversions? A lot of them are misplaced, and this is kind of a Dead Horse Trope anyway — almost all recent examples play with it in some way.
FiveMinute.net: because stuff is long and life is shortShouldn't this be called "Good Angel Bad Devil"? Seems like the article mostly talks about angels vs. devils, rather than good versus bad angels (that's also never the way I've heard anyone refer to it).
