I can think of one. Fiona Coyne from Degrassi isn't social but her brother has always been there for her. He is actually very social and when he gets a serious relationship she acts out.
Yes, there are several examples in anime, such as Kobato Hasegawa in Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai who hates that her brother is spending more time at his club at school than with her.
Should we really list Yuno from Mirai Nikki as an example? I mean, I'm not saying she isn't clingy; I am saying that calling Yuno "clingy" is like calling a nuke "potentially harmful if detonated". She isn't just clingy; she's homicidal
