In the Moria arc of the One Piece manga, there's a treasure chest that turns out to be an animated jack-in-the-box.

Leaving a note on the FF 12 example, regarding the Crystalbugs. Whether or not Libra reveals them I never tried, but there are specifically three:
  • The first one was in the Stilshrine of Miriam (?), is green and called a "Life Crystal", an obvious Glamour Failure as it's the only such one in the game.
  • The second one, deep in the Sochen Cave Palace, is blue and called a "Save Crystal".
  • The third, in the Nebreaus Deadlands, is orange and called a Gate Crystal. It in fact reveals the Deadlands's Gate Crystal upon its defeat.
