To reflect the change from "You fail x forever" to "Artistic License-X", I'm cutting the real life section. Either find a more specific place in another trope or leave it out- these tend to just be grab-bags of mistakes and ripped-from-the-headlines gaffes that annoy whoever added them.

As a side note, I really think we should get rid of the "common misconceptions" sections in those that have them(traditional christianity is nothing but). Thats what we have Useful Notes pages for. Not gonna do it just yet, though.

Shouldn't there be an "Artistic License: Culture" or ": Tradition" or something, for time when it doesn't fit under We All Live In America?

The Artistic License X pages are supposed to be indexes of tropes for artistic license. If there's enough to justify it, write up the draft and put it through YKTTW.

Except that most of the examples on most of the pages seem to be of the "Did Not Do The Research" type (at least of the ones I've read)... Some (read: a lot) of clean-up may be needed.
