First, whats with 'outr'? Second, I think its so that the hair and eyes don't obscure each other. Should this be changed?
Does Shiny Midnight Black really deserve to be listed as a subtrope of Anime Hair? Reading through the page, I get the sense that, while not ubiquitous in nature, this really does occur in Real Life reasonably often. That doesn't really fit the Anime Hair trope, even if it does show up in Anime periodically.
For that matter, Hime Cut really doesn't belong on this page/index at all; it's pretty mundane looking and is clearly derived from Real Life. Being a hairstyle common in Anime doesn't make it Anime Hair.
