This deletion makes sense. The list is in alphabetical order by RP title; someone had added it to the bottom of the list, and it already had an entry higher up.

Due to changes in the software, it looks like we will be unable to use potholes and offsite links within hottips without preemptively closing them. With this in mind, should the hottips remain for holding quotes while we remove the potholes and links, or vice versa?
