A fitting entry for this page I think would be THE ROAD TO EL DORADO VS THE EMPEROR'S NEW GROOVE. As both were released in 2000, were made by the rival animation companies Disney and Dream Works, are buddy adventure comedy films set in the Meso-America of old, etc.
