According to Arha and Clarste, the argument for removing it is that he's not gentle. "One of his regrets is that he uses violence as his first resort to resolve conflicts. He;s nice to his friends but merciless to his enemies, and it doesn't take much if anything to provoke him (he attacks Kumagawa before even talking to him)."
According to blueflame724 and presumably Solomontastic (the troper who added it), the argument for keeping it is, well, the context provided, and that the trope does not necessarily mean one is averse to violence.

I'm totally unfamiliar with the series but it sounds like he might be more of a Bruiser with a Soft Center.

Are we still at the point in the series where Shiranui Hanten is a spoiler? The only reason I can think of why is because he's a member of the Shiranui clan, but that's moot as of the latest arc. I'm pretty sure he was introduced at the same time Ajimu was, so having one spoilered and the other not seems pointless.

I think they should and in my opinion the Jet Black Wedding Feast should be renamed The Kurokami Group/Family or something. It's mostly just people from the sub families and the Jet Black Wedding Feast sounds weird. With that we could also move Maguro and Kanome while adding Fukurou, Kajiki and Hato.

I don't see why we should. Kumagawa's been in the student council for a while now and he's still not listed as a part of it. All but one of the characters in the new council are already represented in other sections anyway.
