You know how in certain anime and manga, when introducing two new characters, likely an evil duo, there will be one serving as the brute (the taller member), and one serving as the brains (the shorter member). However, when pressed, it seems that the shorter one is the far more powerful/skilled one.
So far I can recall three examples:
1) Dragon Ball: Vegeta and Nappa 2) Naruto: Itachi and Kisame 3) Prince of Tennis: Atobe and that guy whose name escapes me at the moment
Does anyone have a trope name?

I noticed that in almost all anime the characters can hear eachother no matter how far away they are, just as long as the person they're speaking to is in sight. A guy stands on top of a skyscraper a half a mile away? No problem just say hi he'll hear you. No need to scream either.
Anyways is there a trope for that?
A zig-zag of sorts for this can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tH60cNil1g#t=3m40s

Is there a trope that covers Seto Kaiba's constant refusal to acknowledge magic? Each 4 to 6 episodes, there will be a new magica plot device, but each time he will again refuse to believe in magic at all, even though he has seen Yugi transform half a hundred times. There are probably more examples in more "mature" works of fiction, but I don't remember any at the moment. Thanks in advance!

A Weather and Environment trope.
The environment is distorted by some tremendous source of power, or a force of chaos.
Result: the terrain appears to rain upward—either it is becoming liquid when solid, or it is already liquid, or the terrain appears to crack and shear to float into the sky.
I believe we had this one at one time, but I looked through the Weather and Environment tropes and in the Dragon Ball page (where it should DEFINITELY occur) and it is absent.
Perhaps it was lost in the Great Crash.

What's that one where when a character does an ultimate attack of some sort, then the screen explodes into pure white with only a sillhouette of them in black? This mostly shows up in animation of various types, but I know Kirby does it too in some of the games when you use Crash.

The second movie of Cardcaptor Sakura does a similar thing in the final scene that stops halfway on a cliffhanger. But apparently the missing scene comes on an official image that's found on some devoted sites for one and yes its genuine as you can clearly see (if not convinced see the copyright logo. In copies where the illustrator's name at the bottom is readable, it is revealed to be the chief animation director of the movie ! ) What was CLAMP thinking? What sort of a trope is this? Deleted scene? Or All there in the manual? Or Print Bonus? Or Bonus Material ? Side story bonus art? Interestingly the ccs wiki also mentions this image on this page here http://ccs.wikia.com/wiki/Sakura_Kinomoto Take a look and decide if that qualifies as an additional trope Said image can be found if you google "cheerio fan site image gallery movie 2" and click the very first search result and do some searching around in anime —> Films -> II (http://ccs.sky-bound.org/gallery/categories.php?cat_id=200&page=3) or search up in tineye. Alternatively google this up "cardcaptor sakura movie 2 final still image". You'll get it in the very first link What sort of a trope is that? Would you update it on your pages?

One of the character's main traits is that she sees beauty everywhere. Her child-like innocence is commented on, and people talk about how she notices the beauty that the more jaded characters seem to miss. I can't think of the trope name for it, and "Innocent Eyes" didn't turn up any results...
