Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I'd say that as long as it's viewable, troping the elements that we still can confirm is as kosher as matzo.
I agree, there are Youtube videos, screenshots, and stuff. What can be seen of it is 100% tropable, and if it ever comes back, that's even better. Additionally, if the creator tries to delete this, we at least have The Fic May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours policy. side note but I'm starting to get sick of the use of the word "kosher", but let's not talk about it here.
Given that we trope long-cancelled television shows, I'd say it counts if there's evidence it existed.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.^^ We could use the Muslim equivalent "halal" instead...
Quick summary: there was a Friday Night Funkin' mod by the name of VS Sky, based off a parody Tik Tok account. The mod was recently removed because people didn't understand the account was a parody and were harassing the one behind it. There are a lot of videos of this mod and even some Recursive Fanfiction, however, and quite a few videos displaying the entire Week - we even have a trope page for it.
And that leads to this question; because the mod is still viewable, even if it isn't playable, does the trope page stay up?
(Sidenote: this entire query spurred because someone rec'd the mod on FFR pages, seemingly in response to the mod being deleted)
