I agree with that, also it can be abuse of Indentured Servitude if they truly are "servants", but underhanded Moving the Goalposts means they'll never stop being indentured.

Insistent Terminology also if the guide makes it very clear that they are servants.
Definition: A slave is euphemistically referred by another name.
Example:
Bob sees a throng of slaves working on a field, overseen by a man armed with a whip. He points out to a guide, in which the guide nervously says Bob should refer them as servants.
