Update: turns out we can turn off the Flame Bait banners on the individual Narm subpages manually (via mod tools), but they get automatically re-added whenever the Flame Bait page is edited.
Narm.Wiki Sandbox (which was just created today) is also affected in this way, so it looks like the namespace is a factor.

While Narm is now YMMV, for some reason, a bug is listing it's subpages (Ie: Star Wars) as Flame Bait, even though it's no longer Flame Bait.
