Seems like a very specific Artistic License – Biology and Artistic License – Ornithology. Related to Swallowed Whole and Getting Eaten Is Harmless. Not finding this specific trope though.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.
I saw this in the Trolls movie and I've also seen it in other cartoons as well. A character gets eaten by a bird and comes out the other side in an egg.
