While I can understand the logic, that's a bad idea. It's not exactly going to be obvious they're on that page, so there's a good chance people will assume they're just missing and re-add them.
Do they even belong there? Is Bland-Name Product really a subtrope of Shout-Out? It's a related concept, and can be used as a or seen as a shout-out depending on context, but I don't think that's necessarily the case.
To me, they seem more like sister tropes.
That's also a big change without discussion and without any obvious problem or misuse. I think it needs a revert and PM.
