I'd file that under Captain Obvious, personally- Department of Redundancy Department also applies for that specific example.
This can be a good way to have a Tutorial Failure (ie, it never actually tells you which one is the jump button) or a Annoying Video Game Helper (the little fairy won't stop telling you that every five minutes)
