A new Trope page has to go through the Trope Launch Pad
process. Read through YKTTW Guidelines before going there.
A new page in any other Namespace (any Works page) is free to lauch, like this: How to Create a Work's Page.

Basically every edit was a troll edit, but here are links with quick references to the edit reasons.
Courtesy links:
- Tropes: edit reason "stop with this"
- YMMV.Tropes: Troll page.
- ReferencedBy.Tropes: Another troll page, but with the edit reason "You cunts are pissing me off"
- Is This What Anger Feels Like?: Added a troll comment "You are pissing me off too you cunt." to the page with the edit reason "I am pissed"
- Web Video.Stampylonghead: Deleted most of the page with edit reason "fuck off"
- Administrivia.Creating New Pages: Removed a line with the edit reason "removing trolling."
Adding appropriate pages to the cutlist.

Yikes/Oops/Ahem, I gave OP some well-intentioned advice not realizing they're a vandal/troll and taking them for some advice-asking newbie; but looking back, just their user name would have given it away...
I kinda think they were right in their edit in Administrivia.Creating New Pages. The bit they deleted doesn't seem to be useful or necessary...
