I added the Creator Killer example. Does it not fit?

thread so others could weigh in on it.

I am reading the Creator Killer page, and it states it's possible to have a Career Resurrection after a Creator Killer, or so I've read.
We can leave it for now, then. I'll note the resurrection in the appropriate trivia page.
