I added the Creator Killer example. Does it not fit?

If they make a recovery, then it may not be an example of Creator Killer. You may bring it to the Is This an Example thread so others could weigh in on it.

OK.

I am reading the Creator Killer page, and it states it's possible to have a Career Resurrection after a Creator Killer, or so I've read.
