Could it perhaps be Postman Pat? Because I think at one point Postman Pat said "Pineapple?! On a pizza?!"

It's only an example of "Hold the Unsolicited Ingredient is the characters in fact ask that a pizza which normally wouldn't have pineapple anyway not have pineapple. That trope isn't just "character doesn't like an ingredient", it's "character asks that an ingredient be not included on their order, even though it's an ingredient that isn't normally included anyway, unless it is specifically requested."

I think there was a reference to it on Martha Speaks, though I'm not sure which episode it was. I think they got lost in the woods and found a pizza place and a phone booth.

the movie Mobsters and Mormons has the father (a mobster in the Witness protection program) rant about Pineapple on Pizza saying " you might as well put tomato in a fruit cocktail." Later when he takes over the kitchen of a small pizza place, he holds up a pineapple and asks what it is, then throws it against the wall.
