Every fanfic is technically a tropable work, just as every original story. If it's published, it can have a TVT article. The question is whether someone wants to go to the effort of creating one.

The "no" is in regards to the idea of making a work page for multiple works with nothing in common aside from similar AU from the original work. We don't do that.

Is it necessary to have a page or seperate pages for each and every prominent AU's in Under Tale like Outer Tale, Under Fell, and Under Swap?
