The freakout is because it can lead to Mistaken Identity (a conversation between them actually provides the page quote), the reaction itself would be a rather nicely done combo of Eye Take, Color Failure, Hidden Eyes and Blank Face Of Shame. Props to that animator. ^_^

Is there a trope for One Piece when Zoro said Sanji and Duval are "like two peas in a pod" so when Sanji hears that, he makes this weird reaction...?
