In the case of work pages, I always see the name of the work bolded and italicized upon first mention.

Regarding trope articles, I've seen it in some articles, but not in others.

Italisizing is a must for all work titles, that's for certain. Bolding I'm not so sure, but I'd hazard a guess at "no".

Fast Eddie declared it a "no" about a year ago. Search "bold italics" here in ATT to find the query.
