Note that troper has done it repeatedly on that page, never giving a reason for doing so.

I see. I'll send the troper a link to here so they can give their reasons for doing so. If not... what should be done?

From WMG.Programme Note: Don't remove theories just because they are Jossed or had barely any relation to reality.

From what I can the tell the only time a WMG theory can be removed is if it's related to a real life person or organization, not speculation about who can be in the game, no matter how outlandish it can be.

So in that case the removed entries should be readded?

^ Yes they should. ^^ Also, if a theory is meta in general, such as "The release date will be X" and "This work will be poorly-received when it releases".

It seems like some of the examples that were deleted have overlap. I proposed Nightmare from the Soul series with an explanation as to how he could fit in, but it turns out someone previously proposed Nightmare alongside a bunch of other Soul series characters only for their entry to be deleted.

How should this be handled?

Since they were deleted without reason, you can put the characters back (or just the one you want to put back), citing this query.

There was also a bit of edit-warring going on, too.
