"interesting" is subjective. How we judge is, what's the primary focus and what % of content is pornograpgic.

we do sometimes cover works where the setting is just fluff for ecchi nonsense (Time Stop Hero) and likewise for video games which are NSFW but have a significant amount of SFW gameplay (Shady Lewd Kart), but a video game has a bit more of an issue in that if the gameplay is just a sex sandbox there isn't a whole lot to work with even if the lore itself isn't NSFW

Basically the Content Policy boils down to whether the main thrust of the work is porn, and whether underage characters are involved. We have pages for a lot of works with explicit sex, but there has to be substantially more than an Excuse Plot.
