Watched the review of FFXIII by Marzgurl, I liked it a lot, it was very informative and it actually took the time to explain why she feels the game is such a departure from previous installments. I did watch Spoony's review of it too, and funnily enough they did touch some of the same points, but I found his very lacking, and honestly very boring, mostly because it went on too long with the whole angry rant thing, which wouldn't bother me too much if it had been funny, which it wasn't.
Now jokes are not Marzgurl's strongest suit exactly, but she is very thorough with her research, and at least with this review of FFXIII she gives the info in a way that doesn't become dull, I'm actually interested to see what other problems the game and the story has. Now if she could please find a way to fix the damn audio problems, that'd be perfect.
Also the video was dedicated to her mother, that was beautiful.

I agree with what Doug says about the third act, best thing in the movie. The rest to me was "meh".
I liked Doug's interpretation of the end of the movie.
Personally, I didn't really feel Brave to much. The side characters were cool but I didn't care for Merida.
Fine review. disagree with it, but it's not glaring wrong or anything. as for me, i like the film more than most people. I think it's pretty darn good and on par with pixar, making up for cars 2. but on my ranking, it's kinda low. //
so next up, chicken little! oh boy...
