As in Francis was incredibly hard to work with in the past, is still incredibly hard to work with, and despite encouragement to either change your approach to him so he isn't so incredibly hard to work with or leave him by the wayside due to how incredibly hard he is to work with, you've refused to do either and only make the issue of him being hard to work with that much more prominent.
At least, that's my view of it.
By the way, nobody's forcing anyone to have freakouts. They literally can't. You're the one writing Francis freaking out, Underwood. That's what role-playing is all about.

No, Francis is just a bad character.
At the very least he seems saner, but his violent freakouts have been seemingly replaced with panic attack freakouts. That's not a positive change.
