I know all about the typical Slowpoke jokes. I meant applying that to "Who's that Pokemon?". Seems like the most obvious way to implement the joke.

To which I respond, yes, I have seen this exact joke at least twice before. Like once on a forum someone had the setup and then the punchline months later.
