You also get a True Final Boss if you pick the True Demon ending.
I'm aware. That's the ending I got on my first and so far only run of thegame.
Playing as a mage Demifiend wasn't a problem until that final fight. Ugh.
So how does it take for a relic point to respawn. I still got one last thing I have to do before I take care of Lility: recovering the Wind Turbine, which I missed since it spawns randomly in one spot.
Unfortunately, I forgot that last detail and went through all the spots without using Save Scumming, so now I gotta wait for it to come back again.
One Strip! One Strip!each area has its own timer. generally its between 45min and an hour, but ginza relics take 2 hours or so.
allegedly. when i was playing, waiting 2 hours for them to respawn didnt seem to do anything. it might be that its 2 hours while outside of that area.
I'm also not sure if only the in-game time counts or not. I'm pretty sure that when I don't play for a while and load my save, the relics respawn. But when I was constantly reloading for the Red Rider, the relics in this area never reappeared, even though it took me a couple of hours minimum to spawn him.
Damn. Well, I'll keep checking and trying. Thanks.
One Strip! One Strip! So I'm playing DDS 2 and just got Roland and Cielo.
I know Cielo is supposed to be better in this game so I'm considering using him, but what about Roland? Is he just basically Heat 2.0 or is there some reason why I should use him?
I'm pretty sure that Roland is Heat 2.0 but if you do things correctly and import a DDS 1 save file, then Heat will inherit Roland's Mantra Grid when he joins up in The Very Definitely Final Dungeon. If this is not done, then Roland will rejoin.

Bah!
I'm still trying to get damned wind generator, but it the Relic point won't even appear again.
Do I really have to just go around in the game for 2 hours before it comes back. I've literally got nothing I'm doing in the game that justifies staying on for that long.
I'd like to take care of this one before I move on with the plot (fighting Lilith, and heading to the Generator, and then Blasted and Infernal Tokyo) so it's real annoying that one little thing is holding it up.
Is there any way to get the relic spots in that area to respawn faster?
One Strip! One Strip! If you know a relic has a chance of showing up at a particular location, you can always save scum if you want to save time.
That's what I plan on doing, but first I have to wait for it to respawn in that spot, and so far, after days of waiting, that hasn't happened yet.
That's what's making me think I'll have to actually turn the game back on, play for a few hours or something and then check again instead of turning it on, checking, and then turning it back off when it's not there.
One Strip! One Strip! It weird you're having so much trouble, the only relic I thought was annoying to get were the Coffee Beans.
It's just taking a real long time for it to respawn. To be honest, I'd been there earlier (before I knew you needed to save scum and already taken everything in the spot where it was supposed to be, then thought it wasn't there until I asked around again.
Now it's just that I waiting for it to come back again.
It's Xeno Blade Chronicles X and trying to get enough Reward Tickets all over again. Hopefully, it's not me doing something wrong again like it was there.
One Strip! One Strip!YOU'VE HEARD OF SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI X FIRE EMBLEM. NOW, GET READY FOR A BRAND-NEW CROSSOVER:
SHIN MEGA MAN TENSEI !!!
...I'll show myself out.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?I curse myself for going for the full compendium in IV (and yet I'm sure I'll do the same in Apocalypse). Lack 19 non-DLC demons at the moment, though some are unlocked for fusing, I just need locked demons for them... It took forever to make a Corpse, now I'm stuck at Hagen. I was actually pretty lucky with Fameds in the past, maybe if I try more often it will fuse soon... I'm just bored with constant reloading, I wish to get the White ending already (I'm in Infernal Tokyo).
If you're planning to get all the Famed demons before finishing the White Ending, let me ask you this: did you complete the sidequest where the angels require you to find the heads of four demons? Because you need to complete that quest to unlock one of the Famed demons for fusion (the worst part being this is one of those accident-only Famed and not a Famed with a special fusion).
Yeah, I did it in this run. The only demons I don't have are 4 Famed, most Fiends and Chaos exclusives. I will probably only fuse up to Hagen and get other three in the next cycle. I already have Siegfried, so my next one is Rama at lvl 74. I don't remember if I'll encounter demons around this level before the ending, and I feel like it will be cheaper to resummon the Fameds I already have in the next cycle than bother with the fusion fodder now.

If you're going after a certain Famed, it helps to summon as many demons as you can around the Famed's level. Since you can only have one of each demon, this forces the fusion accident to narrow down which demons will appear.
For the record, do you actually need to fuse those demons in the game your playing, or do you just have to unlock them, and then you can fuse them at any time?
One Strip! One Strip!Once you unlock a demon for fusion, you can fuse them anytime in future New Game Plus cycles. If you completely restart a game, you'll need to unlock them again.
You mean, in the same cycle? Once unlocked, your can fuse them any time. I defeated two Fiends in the previous run, and since I lack the demons for their fusion they don't even appear in the Special Fusion, but when Mido was telling me all the unlocked fusions in the beginning of this run, he mentioned I can fuse them.

Cool. I'll keep that in mind then and not worry about fusing certain demons right away then.
Edit: Now, if only that damned wind generator would show up!

One Strip! One Strip!Right.
The relic spawning spot for the Generator is still blank.
Next time I play, I'm just gonna fight Lilith and go through the power plant. I might stop and check again before I go in to see if it's there, but I'm not letting one unfinished quest hold me back anymore if it's going to be this stubborn.
One Strip! One Strip!
If you fulfill the conditions for the regular Demon Ending, you don't get to fight Kagutsuchi.
