@Three
Hence the whole "gin swilling"/"shooting strangers that might or might not be Raith hit men" deal.
(I just have this image of lost and confused Harry wandering around the seventies era city until he stumbles into some backwater dive and see his mom bartending/singing/whatever to get by and is all freaked out and awed and tries to have a conversation with her- and she plays along at first being all polite and charming then shoots him, knocks him out, and he wakes up in a circle in a cheap motel under a Binding with a gun in his face and she is just all "You are the worst hitman Raith has sent yet")
As for Thomas- I kind of like the idea that Maggie tried to take her with him when she left but he gotten stolen back. But that's just me and my sentimental side.
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"@L: That sounds like a Crack Ship Slash Fic...
NO.
And about the idea itself, why did Margaret leave Harry alive if she thought that he was a hitman?

You know since Time Travel is gonna happen in Dresden Files, you think Young!Shiro will show up?
Maybe.
Also, for anyone interested, the next book will be a White Council book.
Skin Game or the next?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.The one after Skin Game. And the book after that one is Mirror Mirror (and IIRC the time travel book as well) where IIRC we will see Morgan, a dragon, and a supposedly very interesting alternate Marcone.
So d'you think the alternate universe book will have the 'good guy is now evil in this reality' thing? And who wants to bet that it'll be Molly?
Song of the SirensFor all we know, Molly might not be such an upstanding citizen in this timeline by the time of Mirror, Mirror. Knock on wood. I for one would like to see an AU where Harry cut loose.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Evil Murphy? Or, y'know, supremely antiheroic Murphy. Red Court Susan?
Song of the SirensA Good!Justin, a nonbland Martin, a noncowled Cowl!
Can I get a HELL YEAH for Morgan?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Technically Morgan had a soul, else he couldn't be soulgazed.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.It was just so small and shriveled that it had to be kept in a strange place- like his toe.

"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"If normal Morgan is an asshole good guy, wouldn't mirror Morgan be Affably Evil?
Like, suave as fuck and deeply evil? Nicodemus, basically? I can dig that.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Actually, evil Charity's a pretty interesting idea.
Song of the SirensHe'd just be called 'Face'...
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'I don't think young!Morgan is going to be sent with his tail between his legs when faced with Winter Dredsen from the future.
Dresden was willing to face down Morgan over Molly, even though he well knew Morgan would ice him.
I'd be frankly surprised if Morgan weren't the same way against a just as obviously superior opponent.
The sampling begins! *dramatic thunder*
"You can reply to this Message!"Joy! My life is complete. EDIT: Aight, read it through. I'm psyched.

Does Harry still owe Kincaid a favor from Blood Rites? I can't remember.
He never owed him a favor iirc, just the money. If he had, then they would have balanced out each other when Kincaid said he owed Harry one for saving Ivy.
Wasn't Margaret kind of a bit of a loose cannon before she met Malcolm?
