does it really need a new name at all? I mean, sure, Aura/Obscura would probably confuse a newcomer, but then again, this is SCIENCE! It usually is confusing at first!

Yeah, Aura/Obscura seems the best either because of Grandfather Clause or it just rolls off the tongue.

Somebody on the chat mentioned that obscura can stay as breeding terminology while anti-aura becomes miasma. I don't know if it's okay with any of you and I do feel that obscura sounds nice alongside Aura; if you can think of any other terms, feel free to throw them out here.
