I thought the whole "X is a pansy" thing didn't come up until X7 and then was ignored for X8 and Command Mission.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Speaking of X8... I happened to buy it recently.
What should I expect?
"Please crush me with your heels Esdeath-sama!I haven't played it in forever and I don't own it but I recall it being pretty good. If you want to get everything, you can only use X and Axl so that sucks.
Love you avatar, by the way.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!X8 is a good game. Yeah, you need to use X/Axl to get all the stuff, but Zero still is good for just killing things. All three characters play differently enough that none of them seem redundant, the tag mechanic is pretty cool, and X's armor of the game, the Neutral Armor, has mix and match parts, so you can make the two "complete" armors for the add special effects or just use your favorite parts from both.
The plot was pretty OK too.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.The Neutral Armor looks kinda stupid, though.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Anyone notice a Dub-Induced Plot Hole in X4? Why? In Japanese X4, General said nothing after Sigma asked if he agreed, and in English X4, the former says "Perhaps." So, what would this say about the plot? See 1:49-1:51 of here and 2:49-2:51 of here for proof.
Nothing. It says nothing.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.I see, though don't you think it's still puzzling that they had General say "perhaps" in the dub version of X4?
I think you're using Dub-Induced Plot Hole quite incorrectly. Just because General gave Sigma an indefinite answer rather than no answer (which works out the same way, really) doesn't affect the plot in any way I can think of. Not in any meaningful way at any rate.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I think its just the silence erasure thing that english dubs do.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThat would be Lull Destruction, I believe.
Geez, why haven't I heard of the resonnant vie album before now?
This sort of popped in my head, but does anyone think Jim Cummings would make a good Sigma?
Apparently if not for the crossover with Sonic Archie would have canceled the Mega Man comic due to low sales.
The Protomen enhanced my life.Oh no!
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThe crossover sales boost is part of why they're doing a second one so soon, I think.

Bandai Namco on Monday announced that strategy RPG mashup game Project X Zone 2, a sequel to the 2013 original, will launch this fall in the west exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
The game brings together characters from the rosters of three Japanese gaming giants: Bandai Namco, Capcom, and Sega. Characters from the franchises listed below make up some of the game's roster; others will be announced later. Watch the trailer above to see all characters confirmed so far.
Bandai Namco — Tekken, Tales of Vesperia, .hack Capcom — Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Mega Man Sega — Yakuza, Sakura Wars, Virtua Fighter
In Project X Zone 2, players will create teams using characters from these franchises and take part in turn-based battles. The game is in development at Monolith Software, a Japanese studio that's also working on Xenoblade Chronicles X for Wii U.
Bandai Namco isn't providing much in the way of gameplay details for Project X Zone 2 right now, saying only that the game will feature "refined gameplay" that creates an "even deeper and engaging experience."
The Protomen enhanced my life. It's basically the same problem Warriors Orochi 3 ran into. Too many characters to get voices for in English and not enough money to make it possible.
Which is a shame, but hey.
So...
I don't suppose any of you guys are aware of the existence of this?

Yeah, that was linked on here a while ago. I want one so bad.
I also want that to be X's design for Mega Man X9.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I know, right?
It just screams "new look for a new game". I hope their next figure is Zero.
Speaking of X, lately I've kinda been brainstorming how they could have X appear as a playable character in a hypothetical Marvel vs. Capcom 4, and it just hit me.
What if they took whatever moves Classic Mega Man had in MVC 1 and 2, and retool them so they'd suit X more? For example, instead of the "Mega Upper" and "Mega Buster", X would have the "X Upper" and "X Buster".
It's foolproof!

Bump.
The fact that it's friggin' hard might've been another nail in the coffin (or containment cell). I mean, look at me, I got 10 specifically for its "Easy" mode, and even then, I still managed to get my butt handed to me. It came to a point that I just quitted.
I really haven't the faintest idea about what's happening over at Capcom. It seems as though they've gotten the uncanny disability of not knowing what it means to "give the fans what they want".
Capcom got infiltrated by HYDRA. Probably explains why vital things such as the ending to Asura's Wrath became DLC and why Trish and Shuma-Gorath remained as DLC even when UMVC 3 rolled around.

I think it was actually the Rockman Zero Official Works, but yeah. It's basically a bizarre and nonsensical attempt to retcon the origins of the Maverick Virus, which raises a boatload of unfortunate implications.
