[up][up][up]I would rather see him fail at basketball (probably with some lampshading)

[up][up]He could become temporarly deaf and go to that school.

So, apparently the next episode is called "New York" and Chris Colfer said they had to shut down times square to film a scene.

No, you can't actually vote for people.

But if you record yourself gleeking-out by SINGING ONE OF THE SONGS, you get FIVE EXTRA ENTRIES IN THE CONTEST.

Just need to make a video singing one of the songs? Can it be a cappella?

We need to record ourselves singing, and they actually have a webcam app for it, so acapella's no problem. Unfortunately, WE HAVE TO SING "AMAZING" BY BRUNO FUCKING MARS.

KASFFL;;WEKLFA;WEKFOIEWOA

I FUCKING HATE THAT SONG.

They don't even know that baritones exist, do they?

Forget it. I was thinking of doing the Grinch song (properly!) or Pure Imagination or something. Guess not.

It's not so much the flood of tenors that bothers me (I'm actually really glad because it means I don't have to change the key), it's the fact that I have to listen to "Amazing" ALL THE TIME AT WORK.

And I only work ONE DAY a week nowadays. It just plays ALL THE FUCKING TIME out of a pool of twenty-ish songs on loop, from 11AM to 5PM.

Blaine tries to humiliate anybody who he feels has done him wrong

Oh, the revalation about him being beaten up at prom once makes his character so much more disturbing. Ever since that he's been envious of other gays who "got off without a hitch". Its buried deep, so it only comes out if he dislikes somebody, and he's been nice to Kurt because he likes him throught the series, whether they're B Fs or not. So, let's start with Karofsky: Blaine tried to make him come out in the middle of the school, where anybody could see. Obviously a poor decision for somebody who is a violent closet case. But Blaine is protective of Kurt, so he wanted Karofsky to suffer, and tries to make people see that he's gay so that he too is humiliated. The there's Jeremiah. Jeremiah turned Blaine down, and Blaine was so scorned by such action sthat he organized the GAP Attack under the guise of an Anguished Declaration Of Love, but in reality the entire plan was to get Jeremiah fired. In short: If Kurt ever does something to piss off Blaine, HE SHOULD RUN.[

This is from the WMG page and it honestly amuses me.

Hm. I can't decide whether to make a joke belittling Kurt or a joke belittling Blaine.

That's a brilliant idea!

Joke belittling Kurt: Being petty and manipulative? That's totally more in line with Kurt's character.

Joke belittling Blaine: Well, the WMG gives him more characterization than the actual show.

Personally, that's one of the less rational wild-mass-guesses I've seen.

I just don't get how people could get to that conclusion—Blaine was pretty clearly trying to help Karofsky, if going about it in a way that was dangerous for him and REALLY dangerous for Karofsky if anyone had found out.

Plus the whole "Manipulative Bastard" title belongs to Her Royal Highness Kurt.

Bear in mind that a good number of the entires on any given WMG are intended to be ridiculous.

So I just rewatched Furt.

1. Amazing is one of the key songs haha sorry Sharysa. 2. Ughh Finn annoyed back then. 3. Jean. :( 3.5 Sue's family story. It was played as more of Sue's crazy it could never happen things but when Doris actually showed up and sold that performance. Dammmnnnn Sue needs a hug. 4. Karofsky in bully mode. Terrifying. 5. Why didn't Kurt ask Blaine to the wedding, because they probably would have danced (as friends) and Prom Queen's dance would have lost some of its impact.

[up] Finn's dance with him would be the one that would be less charmming, I got the impression that Kurt didn't invited Blaine to avoid call to attention (oh, the irony)

[up][up] you have two fives. Anyway, I like "Just the Way You Are"*

, although I like Bruno Mars in general. Also, what bugs me about that episode: during the glee club's performance, Kurt doesn't get any solos. It's his parents' wedding, and yet Quinn, Sam, and Rachel get solos and he doesn't. just bugs me

no, I'm not nitpicky. not at all.

To build off of cheesey's point, Kurt didn't have many solo's while he was being bullied. During Furt, Rachel says that he wasn't fighting for solos anymore...

I'm gonna rewatch the season again anyway so I'll be sure to keep an eye out for that...

oh and my second five was me answering the first.
