Hmm, I liked both songs. THEY ARE DRAMATIC TO THE EXTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEME!

I must have they playing inside my head during my duel tomorrow. Must. Be. Dramatic!

...Also, I just watched episode 8 of Gurren Lagan. KAMINAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

I feel like this could be Jethro's theme song. Cultured, yet very hip-hoppy/modern.

Eddie Van Helsing deserves something a little..Darker and Edgier. Thanks, Ominous Latin Chanting page!

And, of course, This has to be Creepy!AOD's theme song.

It's so difficult to pin any single song on me... just because I have so many different masks.

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Right now, nothing springs to my mind for anyone else... Fast Eddie needs something that's casual, but powerful... And "Gotta go Fast" is off the table. :P

Someone might be wondering why I haven't replied that. That is because I had a headache yesterday and I wasn't quite able to concentrate, and after such wonderful suggestions have been made for me (thanks smile), I couldn't reply without being able to return something properly. So I'm gonna go through all the music I know and try to find something for... well, some people. I don't claim to be able to find something appropriate for people I don't feel I have a somewhat deeper understanding of yet. I can try if you ask me to, of course! I'll post these in the order I come across them.

In Flames - Ordinary Story goes to Eddie Van Helsing, or rather, his old life that he doesn't look back to. His after-Character Development theme would have a somewhat different sort of aggressiveness to it, for better or for worse. When I came across it, I wanted to give this song to someone. I'm sure it'd fit many of us. English Ivy, for instance?

Infected Mushroom - Deeply Disturbed for AOD. I can't say exactly, why. I just saw it and I knew it had to go to someone, and my first thought was... well, Meaty. But AOD fit better. grin

Aerosmith - Dude Looks Like a Lady for Jethro Q Walrustitty!

... Nah, I kid. waii For Jethro, here's...

A Perfect Circle - Imagine, a cover of the song by John Lennon! It's darker. And I'm not sure if it's the kind of music Jethro likes. But beyond his image in the forums, he's an idealist, a dreamer, but also an activist. SO... Yeah!

And the original "Imagine" goes to Ruthie A for her eternal hopefulness and kindness. smile And to complete the line of John Lennon-related goodness,

U2 - God Part 2 for Lull The Conqueror! This completes his connection to Jethro as free spirits, but with stronger elements of hedonism and chaos. Also if you don't know, the song is basically a playful continuation of John Lennon's song "God".

Laleh - Invisible for Karalora! I hope my view of her isn't too simplified. It might be a little off. But this is the song I recalled when I was trying to think of something for her.

Oingo Boingo - Insanity for Made Of Meat! Now, I'm not sure if she's all about the anti-Christianity or anything, but all that imagery of insanity, sickness, and cutting and at least one disgusting description of sex and the general feeling of cozy insanity that it gives me, speak for themselves, I think.

Giovanni Sollima - Terra Aria for Madrugada. I don't know her that well yet, but I just have to give her something, and this is the first thing that made me think of her.

Gorillaz - Dirty Harry goes to Jethro, too. Because I can! And because this one actually fits him really well but I don't want to lose the nice little series from before!

Gorillaz - El Manana. This one's more of a dedication to lee4hmz than an actual theme, for no other reason than he's a big, huggable woobie and he reminds me of another big, huggable woobie and they deserve hugs for being such big, huggable woobies.

Gorillaz - 10-2000 (Soulchild Remix)... for Zetaseal and Jinxed Blackcat as a comedy duo! ... I dunno. I wanted to give this song to someone, but I couldn't think of a single one person, then I thought of Zeta and Jinx and I thought that I don't really know them well enough to be able to pick anything for them, but then I combined them and it seemed to have a fitting combination of free-spiritedness, irreverence and innocent playfulness that you get when you mix those two. Don't judge me, in my own world everything I say makes sense! grin Though now that I think about it...

Gorillaz - DARE seems like a nice fit for Zetaseal alone. smile I wonder if Jinxed would be happy to have 19-2000 for herself, then?

Some song that is presumably a Kirby remix and is cute but somehow manages to make me a bit misty-eyed in combination with the video for Matrix. Keep trying, little friend, and learn. One day you will be awesome.

Low Stars - Calling All Friends goes to Bobby G (nye hee I almost wrote that as "Booby G" ^^ ). I don't think I have to add anything to say about this one!

Yoshida Brothers - Rising for Furiko Maru. There's no deep thought behind this. I kinda feel like giving her more than one song. Meep!

Rocket Summer - Skies So Blue. Just... this song. I heard it and was like FURIKO wait no BOBBY errr almost TANGENT weeelll maybe oh oh TROMBLEY wait no... ARGH! So this one's dedicated to all you nice people. smile
The second song starting around 4:40 is a good one for Zephid, by the way.

You may think that I have a really great collection of music, but that is actually not the case. I just have a great reach in taste, so I keep finding music in certain places and liking it, but if I went actively searching for music, I'd end up overwhelmed by the sheer mass of songs I'd like and... stuff. Most of these were from my Youtube favourites. I'm out of time now, but there's more to come, including stuff from outside that list!

For you Korgmeister, I'm thinking relaxing instrumental Jazz. Like in a cafe or something. I don't know Jazz very well so I can't link to any certain song on Youtube or anything, but that's what I think!

Not a bad pick for me, Fawriel, but I prefer "No More Mr Nice Guy" by Alice Cooper as my Start of Darkness song. I'm kinda old-school like that. And post-Start of Darkness, there's "Career of Evil" by the Blue Oyster Cult. evil grin

Maybe I'll find you another...

For Pacific, The Submerged City from Super Castlevania IV.

nice choice! it's video-gamey, and vaguely progressive-sounding, which is a good thing.
