Naw. Although I think Jubei explains that it manifests in response to a large enough threat to restore balance to the world. Really, it exists to emphasize Jin/Hakumen as Ragna's foil even more.

To be fair Tenjou looks like Izanami!Saya rather than regular Saya. And it's also a throwback to Mei Amanohokosaka (Tenjou has the similar black beret and hair)
Okay, work page-related question: Someone makes the baseless (as in without evidence) assumption that Tsubaki took the Susanoo unit in the end. Should I delete that info?

They're only saying that because she has Hakumen's sword at the end. Which is an awful stretch if you ask me. Sol has two pieces of the Outrage (Fireseal and Flashing Fang), does that mean he has the entire Outrage? Mu is apparently the Kusanagi blade, does that mean she's the entire Three Sacred Treasures thing?

Wow, Bullet actually gets one of the more satisfying conclusions to her character arc, complete with a CG of her and Tager.

Yeah. While the Litchi-Bang thing didn't have that maximum level of satisfaction in the arcs, and it was still OK, I gotta admit Bullet gets the best deal. Mighty Kombat should be pleased his tanned waifu gets a good deal even if in the main story she's just like the rest: SHAFTED. Kinda makes up for that in excess, IMO.
That said, here's something I have for magic casters in general. And yes, Nine's there.

I guess that is why you said that this is the story of Ragna the Bloodedge. That I agree, Yakuzu... However...
I don't think it's in your right to expect others to just 'like' Ragna's story solely because it's the main story. People can like whoever they want. Whether they get disappointed or not, that's another story. But just because this is Ragna's story doesn't mean Ragna absolutely has to be everyone's favorite.
Granted I have yet to hear a Ragna hater... but you get my point. That said, no, I'm not sad you don't care. It's your deal, I don't care either.

Oh of course, people are free to like what they want. I didn't mean to imply that none of the other subplots mattered or people are wrong for liking them, rather the one I was most invested in was Ragna's from the very beginning, so my expectations for the other subplots was kinda low already.
