After going through the hot springs dungeon in Bravely Second, I had the idea for skills that apply battlefield-wide effects like the effects of the hot springs in there (supercharging magic and severely nerfing phys moves, making everyone berserk, etc.)

Oh yeah, SMT. I've got this idea for a forum text adventure based off SMT IV and I'm curious, do you think people would be okay with the premise? I mean a big part of SMT is that its Mons are demons, and even though that's used as a catch-all term, I'm still a bit concerned people might take issue with it.

I love SMT IV, and that sounds right up my alley

I'm oddly fixated with the White ending, though, I'm both horrified and fascinated by it

Not to say that if I were playing it, I'd actually opt for universal genocide, that's just messed up

I've been looking at a bunch of analyses on the game's plot elements and the quest's basically going to be something of a rewrite, so the other things I'm worried about are A. some things being spoiled and B. me sounding arrogant because I decided to rewrite something.

Also yeah the White ending's really interesting, basically destroying everything to be free of the cycle of Law and Chaos. Kinda like Krishna's goals except without the universe being remade.
