The League of Heroes Lord English
I did a bit of Googling, and I think Grea is at a disadvantage against Turaga Dume. You see, Grea's draconic flames can pierce through any magical and conventional defenses, but it doesn't do anything against elemental resistances. She's also a bit more fragile than she looks. On the other hand, Dume's fire powers is probably somewhat weaker than Grea's, but he has much more experience and likely has good resistance against her flames.
Lovepilled and HopemaxxingThe Dragon Girl.
From what I've heard of him, Maxwell may very well be the winner. Hax OP drawings. :P
The robot girl.
Light and L, if Light knew her name.
My new plan is so secret that even I cannot understand its full scope!Lord English.
The League of HeroesCan he take a city buster? If not, Schwi
Definitely not Kitaeri.
Yeah, a sword won't cut through the Atlas' armor. She's pretty much toast.
Lovepilled and HopemaxxingAh but what about energy swords or giant beams?
I'm guessing Schwii, she is cuter and her ability to analyze is a good strength, but I'm not sure what canon he's from.
Definitely not Yuno.
Superboy and Robin would win.
Robin didn't even need Superboy's help since his dad is Batman and his grandfather is Ra's al Ghul so he was trained by both Batman and the League of Assassins.

Progress has it's stepping stones.Light and L.
My new plan is so secret that even I cannot understand its full scope!Schwi, may be too old to kill with the death note by it's own rules and They would have a hard time getting her birth name.
The Atlas is part of the heaviest class of BattleMechs. It has enough armor to withstand giant laser beams, and armed with enough firepower to level a small town. This variant is optimized for close range combat, packing a massive cannon, 4 medium lasers, and both short range and long range missiles. That said, it's also pretty slow and huge. A tank can even outrun this thing! The massive size of its weapon systems means it also has trouble tracking small, fast targets. And above all, the Atlas is not invincible. Continuous attacks to its head will breach the armor and destroy the cockpit eventually. Crippling its limbs and weapons is also an option, but this thing has so much armor all around that it's rather impractical.
I don't really know about Schwi's powers, but since you mention analytical ability, she should be able to identify the 'Mech's weak points and produce a weapon strong enough to destroy it. Assuming she can withstand 'Mech-sized weapons, that is.
She definitely wins in the cuteness department, though.

The League of HeroesI'll go with Schwi cause moe.
She doesn't design weapons but she can replicate Atlas's weapons he uses within 10 seconds of him using them. She has a few weapon designs stored but excommunicated from her race she can't draw upon the 27k some weapons she could normally pull out. There is a limit to her weapon replication ability, in that Ex Machina could not replicate the power of a God of War but could copy the powers of his angels.
Unfortunately for her, Ex Machina are naturally passive and he can catch her by surprise with a giant attack. Seems like he would be able to kill her if he can manage to hit her so its a tough call.

Schwi can copy Ravage's powers, depends whether or not he has a backup plan once the Power Copying is done.
Progress has it's stepping stones.Guilliman. Wins.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."
Edge and Christian would destroy Plush Mangle.
