A tank can conceivably down a Nuckelavee, but any footman on the picture is dead meat. It won't be easy for them, at least.

On paper, Medic and Mercy should easily win, because they have reasonably strong offensive options and (obviously) massive amounts of sustained healing to and from each other. In practice, they would be much more unwilling to fight her.
