Kars can only lose this one, unfortunately. You'd need to wield, say, Made In Heaven or something to fight Bills.

The Meta might get absorbed, if he tried to fight Kars in close combat, and Kars was immune to his bullet time/time stopping ability.

No idea, could be either, considering the Meta, and my lack of knowledge on Kars.

Knight Follett probably has better ranged weapons, with laser rifles and nuke launchers. The Meta probably has better melee combat though. While they both wear powered armour, the Meta definitely has a more advanced set.

Those two twins have no idea what they're in for.

Considering the Meta's a merciless psychopath with the intellect and efficiency of an elite assassin, and the ruthlessness and brutality of a wild animal, and fits Super persistent predator to a T, they likely don't even notice he's in the arena, till it's too late to do anything but scream.

Ivan would most likely gun Phil down without question.

Unless Sango's demon slayer armor is effective against bullets, she's as good as dead.

If it's ineffective, The Captain will just pepper her full of bullets.

And even then, his werewolf form is really, really strong. Gonna give it to him.

As a Gun God, Y.V. is immortal and has a range of gun-related powers. He also likes to fight while limiting himself, so if Sango can hit him a couple of times he'll just teleport away and call it her win. Of course, she needs to survive a storm of bullets or ten in the meantime, which kinda put her chances of winning on the low side.

Cable can easily survive bullets, since he's got a body made from a reinforced alien alloy.

Novel Kars probably won't need to use a stand : he can already use Light Mode to slice him apart, since it could already cut a cyborg in half while Kars was far, far, far weaker, after all.

However, he'll likely sit back and use one random stand to kill him.

Borodach is arrested yet again and brought back to the Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, where he explains why he barfed in a toilet that costs $30,000 and hid three bottles of vodka in a kindergarten.

Reboot!Joanna would probably disable him before he could pull anything risky on her.

The Meta, if he has access to the armor abilities from Halo, and the time distortion unit, he 'borrowed' from Wyoming, probably stomps.
