"Squirt that gelatin monster" sound very... Sexual, for some reason.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntAaand now that's what I'm gonna think anytime i hear the song. Or mention of Gelatin. Thanks.
The time travel episode was hilarious and confusing! And they worked "proletariat" at and "bourgeoisie" into a song, I'm sure that there were a lot of parents scrambling for dictionaries

http://1234works.blogspot.com/ Wishingstar Forum-A forum about anything! This show... is one of Disney's better ones in recent history.
The song in question:
EDIT: Also, the soundtrack album appears to have been released. I might get it for my dad as a Christmas present...
EDIT 2: There's an upcoming episode titled "Finding Mary McGuffin".

Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?I just found a compilation of a bunch of the songs and... damn, some of those are really well-done examples of Style Parody.
EDIT: Oh, god, i just reached the Love Boat Affectionate Parody :p

"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy Ent@Arilou: So have you watched the show proper yet, or just the songs?

Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages? No, just the songs. For some reason american cartoons tends to be hard to find on the 'net. (I have a site for live action shows and one for anime, but cartoons seem to fall 'tween the cracks)
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntStrangely, Phineas And Ferb seems to manage to stay on You Tube.
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?Yeah I find them easily on youtube (and live in the same country as Arilou).
Erik, are watching them in a rather haphazard order and think he might be missing a few jokes that way, but eh
I love this show because of the songs.
The different humor styles, Phineas and Ferb seems to mainly be jokes that little kids will laugh at, but it's Doof that really provides the hilarity.
It can relate to all age groups of both genders.
But while I look forward to Doof and his humor, I also like the Pn F segments for some amusing Phinbella stuff.
Nobody's ugly. In fact, just about every young female on the show is freaking adorable.
Nobody's a complete jerk.
Nobody's a complete idiot.
There aren't any characters that have no redeeming features. Every character has at least some feature that keeps you from shooting the TV.
The jokes aren't of the gross-out kind.
It adds the occaisional 'possiblly educating you while further advancing the plot' thing. I had no idea aglets even had a NAME before this show.
To put it bluntly, this show is epic win.

Don't forget it!

Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages? So I've caught a few episodes... This series is way more fun than it has any right to be.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy Ent"Finding Mary McGuffin" had a lot of fun with its yard sale theme.
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?I've caught a few episodes, and from what I've seen, it's definitely better than I thought it was.
Is it sad that I like the bits with Perry and Doofenshmirtz more than the rest of the show?
Nah, they're integral parts of each episode.
Also, "What Do It Do?" is now in my top 5. I didn't think explaining why the Doof limits his schemes to the Tri-State Area could be funnier than leaving it an open question!
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?"Busted" and "I'm Me" have been stuck in my head for weeks. Serious earworm.
Yes, yes they are. Especially "I'm me"
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntWhew, for a while there I thought I was crazy for liking the show so much. If my experience with western animation has taught me anything: it's that we need to start preemptive measures to keep the show from being canceled two years before it started airing. Also, is it affected by the 65 episode cap?
The P&F wiki says they've hit 69 already, with a third season to come, so probably not.
Actually, I think Disney Channel dropped that policy after (if not because of) the Kim Possible fuss anyways.
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?Yeah, but aren't there two episodes an... episode? So... I guess that makes them around 34, since there was a full length episode.
Also, has anyone seen the new Christmas Special commercials? I died laughing at the Peanuts parody.
A LOT of Phineas and Ferb songs are catchy. I even memorized the lyrics of "Missing My Nemesis". It's pretty good for someone who prefers to listen to lyric-less music.
