Good point! Now that I think about it, The Answer is similar to the first two games in that regard in that the problems are more from one person's bringing forth the supernatural. (Maki, Jun and Tatsuya)
Answer plays with it in that the real supernatural is already there and Arena has the supernatural instigate the events.
personally...
id just like a hot springs episode where nothing happens.
and above that, no hot springs episode at all.
(of course, if that wasnt there INEXPLICABLE BEACH SCENE TO THE RESCUE and shit. bleh)
I'm just a few days from the second full moon shadow in my Persona 3 Playthrough.
It's a fun game, but I'm glad Persona 4 got rid of the tiredness stat, it just makes it so annoying for the people that want to grind and prepare for any of the bosses in 3.
Watch Symphogearnever really had a problem with it unless i tried to do a perfect social link run, but even then it only interfered at the start where you get 4exp for each fight and you needed something like 200exp to get to the next level to get the persona the guide tells you to get.
Yeah you will stop noticing tiredness pretty soon.
Well, from battle at least. You can still get tired from studying and are auto-tired after a Full Moon.

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.After the third full moon tiredness effectively stops being a thing. You can easily smash through a whole block without your party getting tired after a while.
I guess we could go... wherever we please. >any smt game ever
>grinding

Donate money to Skullgirls, get a sweet poster.Always.
Personally, I prefer Persona 3's plot over Persona 4's because I like the seriousness within the story, even with the loss of interpersonal ties. This continues over to Arena where I am much more interested in the action driven prologue of the Shadow Operatives than the rather normal prologues of Persona 4. Then again, that's my preference.

I sure said that!Mitsuru will be the main character. Her social links will be with money, class, style and nice clothes.
She will start out with a maximum rank for each of the above social links.
I guess we could go... wherever we please. Those would be her social stats, not her Social Links.
Clearly, she attracts all her social links because of those things though.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Mitsuru doesn't use the Power of Friendship to win at the end, she uses the Power Of Fashion.
I don't think I want to rely on a power that could be defeated just by setting fire to her wardrobe.
One Strip! One Strip!^^ But that's why it's a miracle! Her style cannot be stopped.
Okay, honestly? I think I'd prefer a more professional approach like P3 had.
Professional?
Alt account of Angeldog 2437.They were businesslike about it. They had a clear goal. The P4 gang had no idea what they were doing and acted like a social club. That's okay in its own way, but I think that with a little bit of distance after playing P3 I really did prefer that game's approach.
The greatest super power of them all. Being so rich you can do anything.

Frankly, while I'm fine with P3, the idea of there being multiple unaffiliated professional Persona users sounds kinda... Contrived. I think it'd only work if 5 were set outside of Japan, and that's almost certainly not gonna happen.
And the Investigation Team did take there fuzzy goals seriously. That they're terrible investigators is the biggest problem, and it's not one that goes unaddressed, especially once Naoto joins.

I sure said that!^^ Who says they have to be completely unaffiliated? Besides, I was talking about preferences. I preferred SEES' approach and I'd rather the next game follow that instead of making things too light. I don't need a carbon copy since the P3 group definitely had their issues, but something more like that than the Investigation Team. I know they took their job seriously, but they seemed so bumbling.

Yeah, I did like the way P3 went about it compared to P4.
On that note, I think a game focusing on the Shadow Operatives would be rad.

I kinda see your point. I imagine there would have been a more professional air about them if Naoto had joined up a little sooner. As it was, things went crazy right when she became part of the group, so she never really got a chance to flex her detective muscles outside of determining how people were kidnapped and all the stuff with Adachi.
I do think they would have kept guessing if not for her being apart of the group. They had some really clues there, they just needed someone to put it all together.
One Strip! One Strip!I am convinced that the MC would probably have put it together eventually. All Naoto did in the Adachi reveal was provide someone else smart for the MC to work off of.
In fairness to Naoto, the case was one that was almost unsolvable, and the real killer only got caught because he made a number of goofs towards the end that made it clear as day who he was if the Investigation Team just sat and thought about it. (Well, they do eventually, but yeah)
