So next boss coming up in Tartarus is Sleeping Table. On a scale of one to Matador how screwed am I?
Prepare to eat high fire and almighty damage.
On one hand, Sleepy is a huge asshole.
On the other, nothing after it is nearly as bad.
Bring a Null/Absorb Fire Persona with you, and let Junpei and Koromaru tag along, but make sure Mitsuru stays well away.
I sure said that!I don't really remember Sleeping Table being that bad, though I remember everyone telling me it's super hard. I don't really remember many Persona bosses being hard past that one relic boss that uses Magarula whenever it feels like it and ruins your day.
It mostly depends on how much Sleepy spams Megidola. Sometimes it's constantly, sometimes it's never.
I sure said that!Yeah, Change Relic was the woooorrst. Probably the hardest Guardian Shadow up to this point.
So should we make a thread for Ultimax before it comes out in Japan like we did with Q for the sake of spoilers?
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!I don't think it really matters.
I'm up to Sleepy as well ; a ; and stuck, got pummelled before I retreated to grind a bit - I'm at Level 41 atm, but is it best to take him on at 45? Worried that the shadows I can battle won't give enough experience to make it worthwhile.
I dunno. The Q spoiler thread hasn't been used that much.
Persona 3 Portable LiveblogI guess the better question would be that are there people who really care if they get spoilers regarding Ultimax or not.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!I don't think we had a spoiler thread for Arena, to compare.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.We really don't need a separate topic for Ultimax.
I'd find it a fun Shout Out in Ultimax if they show Yukari's fellow Feathermen cast members in a CG, or through portraits, and they all resemble the Gatchaman cast.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Well Q seems to have been rather light on plot, which I doubt Ultimax will be. I figure the best option is to just convert the Q spoiler into the general Persona Spoiler thread, and keep Ultimax and (later) Persona 5 spoilers in there.
So does the fact that Rise was going to have a concert at the location of Boss fight in the third game ever get brought up in Q?
I'm just wondering.
In fact, Yukari is a Model and T.V star by the time of 4 isn't she? And Mitsuru is the head of a huge organization (even ignoring her connection to Personas), so does anybody in the Investigation team recognize them at all?
One Strip! One Strip!Theoretically, Yukari could have only just gotten her big break near Arena, though you've got me on Mitsuru.
I sure said that! Some of them do recognize the Kirijo name, yes. But the Shadow Ops are all rather hush hush.
Persona 3 Portable LiveblogI mean, how many ultra-high end CE Os do you personally remember the faces of?
Then again, how many of them are young women barely out of high school?
I sure said that! And now I'm wondering how famous Rise was around that time (she was holding a secret concert, so she might have been rising in popularity at that time).
I'm really curious to see if Ultimax will reference the events of Q at any point (since I'm assuming that both teams lose their memories of meeting each other, but that might eventually change).
One Strip! One Strip!Weeeeeeeeeeeeeelll...there are some things hinted in Q that are pretty important to the main plot, especally towards Arena.
...I feel like I did a "Don't tell anyone I said this buuuuut..."

Persona 3 Portable LiveblogFair enough.
I could buy Q, but I got enough games on my plate for both 3DS and Wiiu (and some for the DS that I still need to play), so I'll just check the pages and look at youtube vids if I really want to know anything.
One Strip! One Strip!Unless you've been decked by Dojima, I think you'll be fine.

If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television.Naoto knows Mitsuru's name at least and she's investigated her enough to have formed some incorrect conclusions about her personality.
But it sounds more like Yamano's perspective, though.
