I am going to say, yes.

It's a little too dead-on with the Terminator reference, but hey, Aigis' concerns over being Just a Machine are a fine basis for a Shadow.

Speaking of which, I was zooming through P4 when I stopped and wondered what the P3 shadow dungeons would be like.

Thoughts?

I can imagine akihiko being in a gym and mitsuru in a castle. Aegis would probably be like Slabryss'

I picture Junpei's as being like a city from a superhero comic book, considering his personal desires of being a hero and his fondness for Americana.

and What about Yukari's, Fuuka's, Ken's, or Shinjiro's?

I imagine Yukari's having lots of thorns due to her heavy Tsundere nature at times. But as you progress through, you see some kind of symbolism to show her softer side. Like flowers of some kind, maybe?

So just use a Rose if you want to be lazy.

Ken could probably swipe Naoto's wholesale, given his love for Featherman and their shared reluctance to admit to childish hobbies. Not far enough into Social Links or the main plot to be sure what the rest of them are in denial of.

I really wish I could use a gilded cage metaphor for Mitsuru, but Yukiko got dibs.

I want to say something kinda... Somehow retro for Akihiko, considering his tendencies to live in the past. '50s-era style boxing ring, all dingy and such, maybe?

Going by the nature of Junpeis shadow in arena, I think he might be best in an amusement park wherw he mocks himself and his friends.

A jab at Chidori would be nice too.

Shinji would probably be something that deals with his fear of his own power. Don't know what the place would be though.

Shadow Koromaru would be... Uh... I got nothing.

Licked toilet bowls and tore up flower gardens and general bad dog mischief.

Something to do with his old shrine - desecrated, maybe? I don't know much about Koromaru's mental problems (only just got him as a party member) but there's that.

Heh. I just found out that Kashiwagi appears in the "Operation Babe Hunt" in the Persona 3 movie. I guess that was too good of a joke to pass on.

That was added in P3P actually. I think it was literally the only edit the male protag's story route got.

That was the point. The movie probably takes most of the inspiration from FES (if we are going to get The Answer as the fifth movie) but they probably wanted to put that in anyway. Or something like that, I don't know. I am just glad that thing was put in anyway.

I don't think anyone likes Kashiwagi.

I am still amused by the fact that...physically, she isn't unattractive, but her posture and nasty attitude is what makes her so. I guess it's a nice touch?

I always thought the vitriol aimed at her in and out of game is kind of jacked up, really. If she were ten years younger she'd be one of the most popular characters in Persona 4.

Sayoko is 12-20+ years younger then her, she is not bad-looking either, and her gestures are meant to be alluring rather then off-putting.

Despite all that, she is still generally ignored in Fanart and fanfiction.

Aah. The Christmas Cake fear is strong in Japan, I see.

I was talking about what I see in Western sites, I never bothered looking up Japanese Persona Fanart.

Pixiv shows 16 results, compared to Rise's near 2000, which is actually on the lesser side of things for what I thought was this wildly popular character.
