I find the demonization of dolphins to be more irritating.

I find the demonization of robots and AI even more irritating.

Did you know that some dolphins are casual rapists that beat dolphin cubs to death to force the mother to mate?

Probably should of just left it as orcas. I don't know enough of dolphins but I did hear some nasty stories. Albeit I haven't heard of one attacking and killing a human intentionally though like orcas and hippos would do.

Sharks generally kill people by accident. Mistaking them for seals, taking a bite, realizing there not a seal, and leaving the human to die of blood loss is pretty much how that goes. Any shark that does kill humans is starving.....

Yeah, that's what I'm referring to. Remember when people actually liked dolphins? Nowadays, it feels like everybody's calling them "Nazis with flippers."

I don't hear a lot of people demonizing dolphins nowadays. Though I am aware of what they do.

Dolphins are hardly alone in this.

They might not be alone, but it's arguably the most disturbing, since they're also the only other species apart from humans that derives pleasure from... *AHEM*.

I don't know of any humans that derive pleasure from clearing their throat.

Plus it's because they're usually adored and merchandised like crazy and such - for some going from rainbow glurge Lisa Frank backpacks and kid's film protagonists to the darker aspects of reality might be a bit jarring, even if they're not complete rape-maniacs. And so on.

Now this, I can understand.

That's what I was trying to say pretty much. I find it really weird how hippos get romanticized as well. Hippos enact a lot of nasty deaths on humans (I hear it's quite common to find bodies bitten in half because they have such a strong bite force) out of sheer territorial aggression.

Animals can be just as brutal and depraved as humans at times. But they also can be just as loving or heartbroken. Dogs are a good example of both and elephants certainly are a good example of the latter considering how deaths from elephants usually happen after hunters start illegally culling their families.

Double post I know but I really wish someone would explain this to me.

What is with this mentality that a scary amount of people have that there opinions given to an entertainer must always be acted upon as if there servicing said entertainer? I am not even talking about objective criticism I am talking about poorly presented opinions.

The constant amount of justifications they try to give frustrate me. No your opinion is not good feedback if presented badly. Hell it's not even feedback if you have no presentation at all. At that point it's just baseless naysaying.

I just do not get this mentality what so ever.....

A vocal minority always exists, man. Sometimes they're just plain old aggresive with what they like.

I feel that the more left-wing a news website, the more aggressively conservative the posters are. Like on Huff Post UK... There seems to be an endless stream of grumpy, old conservative people who a) have conversations in the comments section instead of on Facebook, b) seem to believe that HP UK is going down the shitter because they're not conservative (even though HP is basically liberal as fuck?). Like... Why are you even here? Why aren't you dying of old age, you numbskulls?

Old people need to stop.

It was old people who ruined the economy and polluted the planet and claim we're the scourge. I mean, with no jobs, no economy, and no way up because the corporate ladder has had a few rungs knocked off; why else are we obsessed with selfies and Instagram? Because there's nothing better to do because the old people ruined the world for us with their reckless ways. They tell us to get a job and laugh when it's a fast food worker. They tell us to saddle ourselves with debt but then never employ us. Old people are the worst.
